DAY 13 Proposal – Zero Tolerance for Free Will Crime

With sufficient and advanced public noticed we will bring back the Death Penalty (DP) in all 50 states and DC, over-ridding any state laws against its use. Tied to that will be a new feature in the Criminal Justice System called Obvious Guilt that administers the DP just 90-days after conviction!! There is an initial short list of crimes that will utilize these features. Those are:
- Premeditated Murder
- Premeditated Rape, not to include date rape.
- Pedophile crimes
- Sex Slave business
- Hard Drug trafficking and distribution within our country after a publicized Hard Drug Cut-Off Date mentioned in the National Drug Reform (NDR) Proposal.
- Others heinous crimes will be added with the public’s approval.
This aggressive legislation will absolutely make our streets safer, and, certainly reduce the number of real criminals that will spend decades in prison. Please watch the short video and the read the full AP Party Proposal #10.
