As a resident of the Great State of California or any of the other 49 states and the District of Columbia, how do you feel about the following electoral challenge?
Fewer than 3,280 politically Independent California Women
are challenged to stage the Replacement of 1 to 54 members
of the US Congress by 5:00pm Friday, March 9, 2012!
That is a true statement and You are hereby challenged to act for the Common Good of your fellow citizens and our nation. For that great electoral accomplishment to happen this Announcement must be acted on and spread by You immediately! That is the challenge.
It is admittedly a difficult exercise to accomplish in one (1) week. However, if only one (1) of California’s 53 US Districts properly submits a viable, Independent congressional candidate representing the citizen-oriented political platform of the Independent American Peasant Party – it will be a victory for 3-Party politics. We the People and Democracy will be winning and a real national campaign for 468 Congressional offices and the Office of President will be underway. And California will once again set the model that the rest of our People across the nation can follow. We shall witness an aggressive campaign that will not only debate our hard issues, but prudent and practical solutions to them, as well.
The support of the AP Party’s written and politically Independent platform is absolutely critical to voter acceptance of our candidates and the viability of this grassroots movement. The solution based platform was developed to be acceptable to 60% or more of our citizens. It will save lives, improve lives, use our tax dollars more efficiently, and bluntly promotes the Common Good of our citizens.

The reason I was looking into California early this week is due to recent disturbing (to me and many others) political activities of Republican Darrell Issa from California’s 49th US District (USD). The major cities in that USD are Fallbrook, Perris, Temecula, Vista, and Oceanside.
His recent hearing on Women’s medical rights with an all-male panel was the obnoxious, right-wing of the Republican Party at its worst. Consider that the Repubs are catering directly to the religious extreme in their “campaign funding base”. However, do be fully aware that the real push comes from the Medical Insurance Industry (along with the Blunt legislation) and their intent to decrease all medical coverage that they can and so any claims they would thus be required to pay. Follow the money!
In a lesser, but still oppressive intent his bullying the National Park Service in Washington, DC to evict the Occupy Wall Street group form one of their parks near the White House.
Darrell Issa is the poster-boy of what is wrong with the Republican Party in specific and the entire US Congress in general.

It is critical to note and understand that candidates under this plan are filing as Independent and non-Party affiliated candidates. That’s right! Selected candidates will be supporting the AP Party platform and general policy’s, but are not technically attached to the Party which will not be officially formed in the 50 states until after the 2012 election. This is fully legal and is our way of beating the rigged 2-Party system at their, own game. Don’t you love it!
Here is the Plan in as Few Words as Possible
I will provide some background on this early deadline and detailed procedures at the end of this write-up. First here is a brief on what must be done to properly register our Independent candidate for the June 5, “Top Two California Primary” to run for US Congressional qualification for November 6, National Election.
Remember you only have a week to do this!
Your final papers must be filed before 5pm on Friday, March 9th
Organize Your Chapter
In each of California’s 53 US Districts (USD), I am challenging politically motivated women (men could come along, too, but this is to be led by women) to come together in the most populated city in their respective USD and form the first Independent American Peasant Party Chapter therein. This could be done with 10 to 100 interested and no-nonsense citizens – the more the better.
Note: The entire process of establishing an AP Party Chapter, qualifying candidate(s), details about the platform, and other critical material is contained in on the Party Blog site OurIAPP.typepad.com in the book, Common Sense 2012 and a lot more. The book is a FREE download or could be purchased in eBook formats. No I am not just trying to sell books. It is a must read for understanding the Big Picture.
The candidate California qualifying regulations will then be reviewed and understood. They are overviewed below.
Contact the local County Elections Official in your respective USD which is your control office for all filing matters. You must make them happy.
Select Your Candidate
Considering the time constraints this would the hardest task to accomplish properly. We must have quality and true Independent candidates, so you must be tough and not waste even minutes on idiots! Through you group and other social networking identify a few potential candidates for your US Representative office and begin qualifying them. They must be true Independent, moderate, pragmatic problem-solving persons. If they are political zealots about God, guns, abortion, gay and lesbian rights or illegal immigration control and cannot support the written AP Party position of those issues – just refer them to the Republican or Democratic parties! Such civil stupidity is what We intend to reconcile. Waste no time trying to convince anyone because the AP Party platform is written to be acceptable to 60% or more of our citizens. There are nearly 700,000 citizens in the average USD. Someone will step up – maybe you!
Obtain Nominating Documents
By Wednesday or Thursday March 7 or 8, respectively obtain those documents for your local County Elections Official. You must visit them beforehand to verify any information you may need when picking up the papers on Wednesday or Thursday.
When you and possibly the candidate go to pick up the papers you must have the candidate’s name and the filing fee which is higher than most (actually most states have little or no filing fee), but the 2-Partys are not trying to make this easier each election!
For each US Representative office the fee is $1,740 and for US Senator it is $3,480. The fee must be collected from the Chapter’s members so the more the better. In some cases one person will simply write a check for the full amount. It is still a cheap price to possibly retire another publicly worthless member of Congress. Only one (1) Chapter will select the US Senator in this compressed timeframe. It would usually be done within USD Number One in a given state, but you can work that out amongst your selves!
Obtain Signatures and File
Now for the easy and almost funny part. Using the Nominating forms, for US Rep offices obtain 40 to 60 at least valid voter signatures from within your USD and any identification as instructed. Forty (40) must be validated by your local County Elections Official to be certified for the ballot.
And for the US Senate office obtain 65 to 100 at least valid voter signatures and identification as instructed. Sixty-five (65) must be validated by your local County Elections Official to be certified for the ballot.
This must be done by Thursday March 8 and early Friday March 9. Then make a copy of all documents for your Chapter’s retention and deliver all Nominating Documents back to your local County Elections Official by 5:00 pm Friday March 9. Actually, 3:00 pm would be advisable. And get a receipt! You are done and electoral history will be written…

That is it and it is tough to do. I pray that politically Independent women in several if not all of California’s 53 US Districts will attack this challenge and succeed in making a proper filing for their chosen candidates.
Some additional details I documented on the California filing process in a more detailed 2-page document found in the following link,
Independent Filing Requirements
You should also review the California Secretary of State Elections website at,
California SOS Qualifications for June 5 Primary
And as noted above, the entire process of establishing an AP Party Chapter, qualifying candidate(s), details about the platform, and other critical material is contained in on the Party Blog site OurIAPP.typepad.com in the book, Common Sense 2012 and a lot more. Again, the book is a FREE download or could be purchased in eBook formats. A must read for understanding the Big Picture. Also, my 2008 book the 718-page, The Second Coming of Common Sense is also available on that site as a FREE download or could be purchased in eBook formats or ordered in soft cover. It contains An American Agenda with 27 detailed, public problem-solving proposals that are the base of the AP Party citizen oriented platform.
Thus, fewer than 3,280 politically Independent California women can decide to rapidly organize and facilitate this grassroots civil action/revolution against their 53 incumbent California members of the US House of Representatives and one (1) US Senator. All of whose congressional offices are up for election this November 6th.
Best of luck and go for it! If, You take up this challenge and only one (1) California US District succeeds in making a proper Independent filing on March 9 it will change American politics forever. No pressure there!

A Few Other Perspectives
Under the 2010 California Proposition 14 Amendment, the “Top Two Primary Act” starting in 2012 there will only be one (1) primary held for all interested and qualified candidates of the Democratic, Republican, Green, etc., political parties and any properly qualified Independent and Write-In candidates, as well. Rather than having multiple primaries to determine who will be on the National Ballot in November and normally having multiple parties and candidates for voters to choose from.
Proposition 14 originated out of the California state legislature (Republican driven) and not from popular public demand. It passed by a 2,868,945 For and 2,470,658 Against vote. I and many others observe this as the 2-Party system making it harder for any other parties/candidates to get into the game.
It dictates that only the two (2) candidates with the highest popular vote count in the single Primary (June 5 this year) will be allowed on the National ballot in November. And they made the cut-off early, too. It goes without saying that the Democrats and Republicans with the most funding will have a far greater opportunity to win under that system. Thus, it could actually work out that only two (2) Democrats or two (2) Republicans would be on the November Ballot in some US Districts in California. Democracy and the People take another hit.
Unfortunately, I did not learn about this until Monday, February 27th while researching the Ballot Qualifying Requirements for various states. It all but ruined my day to learn about such a harsh procedural change with Proposition 14 and the early filing deadline, as well.
I know this challenge is very difficult, but I had to offer something and make the American public aware of this political nonsense. The 2-Partys are working together, but only to block 53 Congressional offices from fair and outside competition. This cannot stand.

You may have noticed that while I am an official Independent candidate for President and founded the American Peasant Party, I did not mention anyone getting signatures for my campaign in this presentation.
For one thing that is not the purpose of this important near term effort. For another, my primary goal is to promote the replacement of as many of the 468 incumbent Congressional members up for re-election this year as possible. We cannot get them all, but We can get well over 50% of them if We work fast and smart. I would love to be your President.
There is still time to make that a possibility in most states and there are congressional opportunities. Current laws are preventing and/or delaying the 2-Party effort to prevent other presidential challengers from having a chance at running.
Take care,
A J Wildman
