And for that matter Maryland’s other seven (7) members in the US House and our two (2) US Senators? It certainly looks and feels like absolutely nothing to me. It must not be an issue for them. 

They could describe me as being naïve about developing viable problem-solving public legislation.  However, I have observed and studied domestic and foreign policy all my adult life; now 66 and a second year Baby Boomer. I had a 30+ year career in the Information Technology industry in Washington, DC working for Federal agencies and corporate clients; designing systems and solving their business problems.

Incumbents could attack me as some “anti-free market” type to suggest we take decisive Reform actions against certain Big Industries such as Food, Oil, Housing, and Education (and more) as I do in my detailed Independent platform. To that I would first sarcastically respond, “What free markets?”  Then, ask what they could offer now that will result in such practical control over the out-of-control, Cost-of-Living?

I ask the Voters, as well as the Press at all levels and other media (they buy food and gas, too) to challenge all the incumbents for their approach.  It would quickly become a 2014 Congressional campaign on real issues and actually solving the people’s problems.  In fact, the collective job description of the 535 members of the US Congress is “to solve the People’s problems that cannot be solved at the state or local levels”.  Further, as Thomas Paine wrote in Common Sense, he first described the Design of Representative government, “the members should vote as if those that elected them were present in the room when votes are cast”.   

All 535 members of Congress seem to have forgotten that fundamental expectation. A Congress actually looking out for our Common Good!  Congress has earned a 90% Public Disapproval rating because they so willingly serve the 10%.

I am a solid Independent and have little respect left for either political Party or the Congress that is publicly dysfunctional!   My base Independent platform of 27 problem-solving proposals was self-published in February 2008, a 718-page book, The Second Coming of Common Sense. With true difficulty, over these last few years I have struggled with the most sensitive economic problems of all.  How in our Democratic society to effectively and fairly conquer our citizen’s Number One daily problem. The steadily increasing and most would agree now out-of-control, Cost-of-Living (starting with groceries and gas)and the resulting growing national Wealth Imbalance?

The absolute economic challenge is how to get and/or keep real dollars in our citizen’s pockets?  Right where your and the nation’s economy need them. For the 90% of us!  To address the fact that wages have been all but flat-lined for decades.  It is not as though we can ask employers to give their employees a $5.00/hour raise.  That just cannot happen! Therefore, we must be creative or things will only get worse!

I highlighted those difficult economic Reform proposals in my recently completed campaign book entitled, A Timely American Political Short Story. A free PDF download of the book was posted on the website Friday August 15, exactly 83 days before the November 4^th Congressional Election.  Please read it and find out what is in it for you and yours, and for our hurting fellow citizens!  Those 83 days are adequate time in American politics for great things to happen. 

Typically, such public-friendly problem-solving proposals will not see the light of day in their Congress that is blatantly controlled by the Wealthy and certain Big Industries. Hence the term, “do nothing” Congress! The viable Voter Strategy that We the People can use this November 4^th against the incumbent Republican and Democratic members Congress is detailed in A Timely American Political Short Story and in various other references on the website. As every two (2) years, 469 members of the House and Senate are up for re-election that fateful day and the majority of them need to be deliberately voted out! 

Bluntly, such solution-oriented proposals as these, need to become Voter Demands. Be assured folks these prudent Reforms will only happen if You Vote to make it so!  So, buckle your seatbelts my fellow citizens – this is a taste of necessary economic Reform for our Common Good!  Very briefly noted, we will Demand these Reforms and more from whoever is elected that day:

• GROCERY PRICES.  Cap and reduce by at least 10% for at least one (1) year.
• GASOLINE/DIESEL PRICES. Cap and reduce by at least 10% for at least one (1) year. 
• RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE.  A mandated reduction in residential mortgage payments of 20% in principal and/or interest, only, not to include taxes, insurance, etc.  
• RESIDENTIAL RENT. Basically National Rent Control. Mandatory reduction in monthly rent of 20% for American citizen owned properties; 30% for non-citizen owned rentals. Also applies to Mobile/Modular Home Park Lot Fees.   
• SENIOR HOUSING.  Senior citizen housing monthly payments to be reduced by 20%.
• STUDENT LOANS.  A permanent 50% reduction in all Student Loan payments. Period!
• COLLEGE TUITION.  For starters there will be a 2-year freeze on tuition and books.   

I do represent my underdog campaign for Maryland’s 8^th US District seat in the US House of Representatives as a single US District campaign with a national platform.  I hope you now can see and appreciate what I sincerely mean. These are a small part of the problem-solving Reforms in my campaign platform that our citizens in all 435 US Districts need and that the US Congress must be made to implement for our Common Good.

Please review and consider my platform and very deliberate intent on your behalf.  Then, on Election Day consider Writing-In, “A J Wildman” for the US House.  I ask for your vote.

Mine underdog (you might say!), but very necessary Write-In campaign for Maryland’s 8^th US District, along with my soon to be active “politically incorrect” YouTube and Face Book sites, are truly national in scope. Why you ask?  Because if you are one (1) of the 435 “honored to be elected” members of the US House of Representatives you are of course concerned with the 700,000+ citizens and businesses in you respective District. However, you are also partly responsible for the Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness of the other 309,000,000+ million of our citizens across all 50 states, as well as all the businesses therein that make-up our economy. The awareness and acceptance of their nationwide Congressional responsibility has clearly escaped our elected officials.

Hello my fellow American. This 2-page Flyer briefly summarizes my Independent candidacy for the US House of Representatives.  Herein I announce my first two (2) public meetings, declare several critical Economic proposals from my comprehensive citizen-oriented Independent platform, ask for volunteers to support my underdog campaign, and overview my nationwide grassroots plan for voting out our dysfunctional US Congress starting this November.

Urgent Citizen Economic Platform Proposals – #NoItIstheCostofLivingDummy(Congress)

Now folks to the heart of the matter. The following admittedly economically aggressive, but very prudent proposals are in response to the unnecessary jump in food and energy (gasoline, diesel, home heating) over the last 4+ years. Such proposals will boldly initiate the necessary restructuring of our broken economy, confront the out-of-control cost-of-living, and the flat/stagnant wages of recent decades! Bluntly these must be voter Demands. The absolute need is to put real money in our citizen’s pockets.   Right where the economy so needs it to be!

• GROCERIES. By October 1,2014 the US Congress will declare a cap on out-of-control grocery pricing and a reduction of 10% for at least one (1) year.  This will be strictly enforced.  
• GASOLINE/DIESEL. By October 1,2014 the US Congress will declare a cap and then reduction of at least 10% on out-of-control pump pricing for at least one (1) year. Example, June 10^th the average cost of regular was $3.69/gallon. The price would drop 37 cents/gallon to at least $3.32/gallon, and be enforced! Premium will be $3.42 and diesel would be adjusted to $3.32 to help the Trucking industry and the cost of everything else!
• RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGES. A mandated reduction in residential mortgage payments of 20% in principal and/or interest, only, not to include taxes, insurance, etc. Automatic term extensions, no refinancing.
• RESIDENTIAL RENTALS. Basically National Rent Control! Mandatory reduction in rental payments of 20% for American citizen owned properties. This reduction will apply to Mobile/Modular Home Park Lot Fees. For all non-citizen and/or foreign owned rentals the mandatory reduction will be 30%. And strictly enforced.
• STUDENT LOANS. No matter who the loan servicer is, implement a permanent 50% reduction in all Student Loan payments and automatically adjust the loan terms, as required. Plus a 2-year freeze on tuition & books.
• FOR STUDENTS. With platform proposals #15 and #16 local parents across the nation can demand the ultimate Corrective Learning System and a true Fitness Program for all public and parochial schools!
• IMMIGRATION. Freeze all immigration. Control our borders and population. Implement a National ID System. 

Granted, the Financial Industry and some investors will whine and will be hurt, but they will not be destroyed. With such prudent programs we will inject critical real dollars into our citizen’s pockets right where our economy requires it. Such radical economic “adjustments” would routinely be rejected by those in political power, but in view of our broken, flat-lined economy such hard, corrective legislation is where the national Reforms must begin.

Statewide, and "National" Campaign

My fellow Americans let us commonly agree we must forget about “Hope and Change”. What is required starting in 2014 is aggressive economic and social Reform designed to promote the Common Good of our citizens before all others!  And the only way for these controversial, yet critically required Reforms to be made is the voter replacement as many of the 468 Congressional incumbents running for re-election as possible this November 4^th.  Period!  

Maryland’s 8^th US District – My Campaign with a Comprehensive Independent Platform

While I remain a true political Independent, for 2014 I have set aside my push for the Independent American Peasant Party. I am properly registered as an Un-Affiliated, Write-In Candidate for Maryland’s 8^th US District. The AP Party Independent problem-solving platform remains my political base and the core of this revolutionary grassroots movement. In March I determined that I had to run for office in order to set a personal example for the hundreds of politically Independent Women I am challenging to step forward and run against our dysfunctional Congress. If I am honored with election, the US Congress will never be the same and will serve the Common Good of We the People. 

Statewide – Maryland’s Other Seven (7) US Districts – Independent Women “Write-In” Candidates Required!

Next, I am challenging seven (7) Maryland Women with a politically Independent mind-set to step forward, to organize their campaigns, and let the other 700,000+ citizens of each US District know they are running.  Maryland Write-In candidate registration is a 1-page form with filing until late October! A few cities in each of the jigsaw puzzle USDs are as follows: 1/Ocean City, Elkton, Taneytown; 2/Havre De Grace, Reisterstown, Jessup; 3/Annapolis, Towson, Sandy Spring; 4/Pasadena, Laurel, Camp Springs; 5/Greenbelt, Fort Washington, Solomons; 6/Oakland, Frederick, Gaithersburg; 7/Baltimore, Ellicott City, White Hall; and 8/Westminster, Damascus, Silver Spring. Nationwide – Our 2014 Electoral Revolution – Hundreds of Independent “Write-In” Women Candidates Required!

We now need a Revolution! This is the unspoken Electoral Power of Write-In candidates. As of June 30^th only ten (10) states are eliminated from the opportunity to have Write-In candidates for the 11-4-14 National Election. Those are Arkansas, California, Florida, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and South Dakota.

In Electoral fact folks, as late as this August 5^th some 35 states with 252 US House seats are open for Write-In Candidates to register, equaling 58% of the 435 House.  And, if you add July it is 40 states with 326 seats or 75% of the 435 House. These are the real numbers AND the paperwork to properly file in most states is little or nothing! 

Let’s not forget about the US Senate! Counting from July 1^st some 27 of the 33 US Senate seats up for election in 2014 are available for Write-In candidate registration.  Or 27% of the 100 seats in the US Senate. The true power of Voting! 

This historic challenge will require aggressive, deliberate action on the part of motivated Women across our nation. Today with the reach of the Internet, social networking, simple person-to-person referrals, and various Women’s rights groups working together – this can happen. America’s politically Independent Women can form campaign groups in all 435 USDs, help register their Write-In candidates where possible, promote their candidates for the House and Senate, promote my politically Independent platform that will necessarily tie them all together in the voters eyes, drive voter registration, work to get voters to the polls November 4^th, and could even supply them with pens to Write-In their names! The next public and campaign meetings will be held in downtown Westminster at The CUP Tea Bar & Cafe. It is nicely located at the intersection of Route 27 and East Main Street – at #1 East Main Street. Great place for tea (coffee), sandwiches, goodies, and more! The civic minded owner allows a variety of political groups to meet at her café. In July please stop in to learn about my campaign and see what volunteer activities you might be interested in. Your help and enthusiasm are essential to build this grassroots movement and make it successful! This is the schedule for July at The CUP:

About Our Political Reality – We the People Will Reform Our Government or We Are Surely Lost

And that is the Plain Truth my fellow American citizens. 

In as few words as possible! We can grimly acknowledge the 90% Disapproval rating of the dysfunctional US Congress. That includes both Republicans and Democrats. The Republican Party is blatantly sold-out to the Wealthy and certain Big Industries and frankly the Democratic Party is not much better than them in recent years. Their literal job description is to solve the public problems that cannot be resolved at the State or Local levels! They are the 535 men and women out of 310,000,000+ citizens elected by us to serve us! However, all they are capable of now is to serve as problem perpetuators and ignorers. And somehow We just keep re-electing them? That is until now!

Beyond question, We the People know how totally screwed-up our economy really is, that the cost-of-living is totally out-of-control due to corporate greed, and that our dysfunctional Congressional leadership and the White House for that matter are unable and/or unwilling to rebuild the blown engine of our economy and bring peace to our society. Therefore, We must fire them as rapidly as the Authority granted to us in the US Constitution by the Founders allows! It is the uncontrollable and unstoppable power of our united VOTE. There is no absolutely other way.  We, the American Electorate can remove up to 469 of them on a single historic day – this coming November 4^th.  The 2014 Congressional Election Day – which could come to be known as Congressional Rejection Day!!  Like I said, We the People will Reform our government or We are surely lost…

Volunteers – What Good are They? – They are Everything!

Simply stated I cannot do this by myself! No one could. Grassroots movements and/or political revolutions require most often throughout history that The People, or we could say The Peasants must reach their breaking point and take to the streets. I am a true, hardcore political Independent. Thus, I hardly ever quote Ronald Reagan, but he once observed that, the people will not take to the streets unless they see what is in it for them. My base platform published in 2008 and the proposals added recently confronting the cost-of-living will both improve and save our citizens lives.

So, PLEASE come and see how you could help. Further, I ask women encourage and challenge other women around the country to at least register to vote so on Election Day they can properly payback the Republican Party for all their abusive attitudes and legislation against the sisterhood! They have earned it.

Citizen Action Programs

My campaign in Westminster, Maryland will provide women and men, Mothers and Fathers, daughters and sons with the opportunities to lead this American Reformation. The original 27 proposals will need to become practical legislation to be aggressively pushed through Congress, signed by the President, and enforced when implemented. The more recently added proposals dealing with the cost-of-living issues will also need to be ushered through the process. Marylanders that desire to will be in the forefront of this nationally-oriented campaign, driving the legislative process, and conducting the public awareness programs. 

This citizen-oriented grassroots campaign requires what any such campaign needs – People! 

We need folks to organize and conduct picketing for capping and reducing Grocery and Gasoline/Diesel prices. The more that is done the more attention the movement will draw from the Press. We will also promote the reductions in existing mortgage payments, rent reductions, cutting Student Loan payments in half, freezing tuitions, and a multi-year freeze on all immigration while we sort out who is in OUR country, who gets to stay and under what conditions! That will really fire up the Press once we can crack the news cycle.

More for the day-to-day operation I need volunteers run the campaign process. If you have any prior experience great, if not come on and we will learn together. People to monitor and respond to email inquiries from the public, potential volunteers and candidates, and the Press. Those comfortable with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and the other social media facilities that will help us spread the word of this citizen-oriented, problem-solving campaign.

Incidentally, I have developed what I believe will be a great “political title” that will be guarded until it is used to create accounts in Facebook, a Chat Room facility, YouTube, and Twitter (and a Super Pac for fund raising) for starters that will give American Women an open network for communicating with each other leading up to the 2014 Election. And beyond then to the 2016 election, as well.  Stay tuned for that fun announcement.

Baby Boomer Women (ages 49 to 67 this year) and Your Daughters, if any

You are the potential back bone of this entire movement. Talk to each other about this. Someone must be 25 years old to be in the US House and 35 years old to be in the US Senate. The US Congress is yours for the taking. Take It!

Talk about Electoral knowledge and perspective that the Republican and Democratic parties do not want the American Electorate have!  Nor do they want potential Independent candidates or new parties for that matter to view such information and realize that there exists such a political “back-door” for the voters this coming Election Day, Tuesday November 4, 2014.   And as you will see, the 2-Parties are working on shutting that door to any and all competition. 

To be crystal clear, even after May 2014 there is still time for over 300 of 435 House and 25 of 34 Senate Independent and/or Un-Affiliated candidates to properly file for Write-In voting by the voters this coming Election Day, Tuesday November 4, 2014.  And with very little paperwork involved!!! Check the 2014 Write-In Filing Date Sequence Summary by State presented below for details. 

This is critical information with regard to Independent Women candidates that want to take up my 2014 Electoral Challenge of their running for national office and supporting the Independent platform that I created. There certainly is time, but it is time prompt action. The nation needs true public leadership. Take up the challenge!

Granted this will take aggressive, deliberate action on the part of motivated Women across our nation. However, with the power of the Internet and good old word-of-mouth networking – the various Women and Family Rights Movements across the nation can very well make this happen. Women will form an Independent political campaign group in all 435 USDs, register candidates where possible, promote their candidates for the US House and the Senate where applicable, promote the Independent platform that will tie all these candidates together in the voters eyes, drive voter registration, work to get people to the polls on November 4^th, and even supply them with pens to Write-In the name(s) if needed.

2014 Write-In Filing Date Sequence Summary

This summary focuses on the US House of Representatives for all 50 states statistically. The closing date for the 34 US Senate races are the same as the US House in the 34 states that have a Senatorial race in 2014.  The US Senate Write-In Filing Date Sequence chart for those details.

• Sadly there are currently six (6) states Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, Oklahoma, and South Dakota do not allow voters to Write-In any name when voting, be they a real viable candidate or not (e.g., Mickey or Minnie Mouse).  Self-serving Democrats and Republicans alike in those states have legislated this voting right/option away from the Electorate. 

Consider that those states “only” account for twenty-two (22) US House seats or just 5% of the 435 seats thereof. However, those same states account for 12 US Senators or 12% of the 100 seats in that important legislative body.  Something to think and get concerned about!

My Electoral Challenge for politically Independent woman across America is to join together in your respective US District and get politically organized ASAP! We the People need “You” to aggressively work toward replacing most if not all of the 435 incumbent members of the US House of Representatives in the 2014 and 2016 national elections. And over 50 of the 100 incumbent members of the US Senate in the same time frame.

The era of “my Congressional members are fine, but everyone else’s are worthless is now past and failed the nation miserably”.

The Rightful citizen correction of our elected national government is our Obligation to each other and those over 1,265,000 of our fellow Americans that have died fighting for and maintaining our collective freedom.  The Republican Party in the US Congress and in state and local governments are the lobbyist paid agents of the Wealthy and certain Big Industries – and so are the active enemy of women and family interests. And the lost Democratic Party runs a close second in their dysfunction when it comes to protecting the Common Good of our citizens. 

Therefore, We the People with the Authority granted us by the US Constitution will now by the power of our votes, deliberately begin the solemn task of replacing our dysfunctional elected officials at all levels of government. Their political replacements regardless of any Party affiliation will then stand in holy awe of the absolute wrath of the American Electorate and will be solely focused on solving our Common Problems for the Common Good of our citizens before any other persons, groups, or industries. 

All of this can be done. And be certain my fellow Americans that this Electoral movement cannot be stopped, if We the People collectively determine to make it happen…

 2014 Congressional Campaign Announcement

Introducing My Politically Independent Write-In Candidacy for

Maryland’s 8^th US Congressional District Seat in the

United States House of Representatives

and

“Against ALL 535 Incumbent Members of the US Congress”

 

Welcome my fellow Americans to this regular citizen’s campaign for a seat representing Maryland in the US House of Representatives.

My name is Andrew J. Wildman and most people know me as “A J”.

I am a registered Independent “Write-In” candidate for the Maryland 8th US Congressional District.  That US House seat is now held by 6-term, 12-year Democratic Congressman Chris Van Hollen that is running for his 7^th 2-year term of office. Talk about term limits!    

Some would characterize my entry into the 2014 Maryland 8^th US District race as a long-shot, upstart even foolish effort. Mainly due to the fact that I am not even bothering to run in the traditional Party Primary Election circus, but rather as a Write-In candidate for the November 4^th General Election. The Write-In approach has the least amount of control over it by the Dems and Repubs in most states, but at the same time it is normally the hardest way to get voters to vote for you.  

Let’s agree that considering what is at stake this is far from a “normal” off-year Congressional Election cycle.  Further, you will soon find that there is nothing politically normal about my campaign approach, my Independent platform content, and national electoral intent.  

Simply because the other goal of my 2014 campaign and one (1) that is probably more important, is a direct challenge to voters in all 50 states to vote to remove up to 468 incumbent members of the US Congress this coming November 4^th.  Thus, the voters would enact term limits by simply resetting so many of them to zero (0).  That means Your state’s Representatives and Senators!  We will review that voting process herein.  And We the People will replace them with elected officials that will work for us and vote for our Common Good before anything else.  It is not too much to ask of our nationally elected officials – it is their job.  I mean to vote into office candidates like yours truly and the several hundred politically Independent Women I am calling on to run for Congress in 2014 and 2016.  

Maryland Campaign Approach

Of course I am running as an Independent candidate to replace the seat is now held by 6-term, 12-year Democratic Congressman Chris Van Hollen. Simply stated Mr. Van Hollen is a decent person and a “regular” acting Democratic member of the US House.  With just one (1) specific exception I will not make negative comments against Mr. Van Hollen during the campaign. 

I will state that single criticism of him now and consistently throughout the campaign.  That being that he is one (1) of the 535 incumbent members of the most publicly useless and dysfunctional US Congress in any of our lifetimes.  The same 535 members of the US Congress that We voted into national office to legislate “whatever it takes” to Preserve, Protect, and Defend – your and my – “certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness”.

When and if you get the opportunity to ask Mr. Van Hollen, or any of the other seven (7) Maryland members of the US House up for Re-election this year, ask them what they have actually accomplished in their current term to that end – for you and yours! Not what they have tried to do or what legislation they have proposed and/or co-sponsored. What they got done!  And just watch them begin to dance…  Then plan to vote them out-of-office!

Just what has he done to make the day-to-day life of you and those you care about better? Or better for the other 310 million of our fellow Americans that he as a national officeholder should be concerned about?

Again, not what legislation he or others have proposed and/or sponsored – but what actually got passed, signed by the President, implemented, and is now being enforced?

You know something helpful like capping and reducing the cost of groceries and gasoline! That is where the current members of Congress – of both Parties fail the Common Good.  And the White House, too!

Enough said on that.

A Better Press

A suggestion that from here on, the Press could stop stating that US Congress has an public Approval Rating of 10% and begin stating that they have a 90% Disapproval Rating among the public. That means 9 out of 10 people you see every day believes Mr.Van Hollen and the other 534 members of Congress are collectively doing a bad job for the public every day!  While making $174,000 per year, and some great benefits, too.  

 

Independent Platform Content

My Write-In candidacy for the US House will bring to the 2014 national political campaign cycle a comprehensive, politically Independent, social and economic Reform platform unmatched by any campaign for the House or Senate across the nation. Period!  

The base of the platform was originally defined in my February 2008 self-published, 718-page book, The Second Coming of Common Sense (CS2). The entire book is a free PDF download from my campaign website, AJWildmanforCongress2014.typepad.com.  CS2 is my professional analysis on what was then wrong with America in several key areas and how We the People could actually agree to fix them! What a concept!  The centerpiece of CS2 is An American Agenda – 27 public problem-solving proposals that aggressively confront some long-standing public problems.  Again, it was published before the financial crash of 2008/2009 and it solutions are even more valid and necessary in 2014 than six (6) years ago. 

Since then several more somewhat radical, yet practical proposals have been added to address the ridiculous rise in grocery and gasoline prices over the last four (4) years – and the cost of living in general.  My writing is based on 34 years of business problem-solving in the Information Technology Industry in Washington, DC and a life-long interest in domestic and foreign policy and legislation. That political background combined with literally several thousand one-on-one discussions with people of all types and political opinions over the last several decades. You know, talking about solving our problems with We the People!  Again, what a concept!  And people did want to talk… 

 

Nationwide Electoral Intent – Removing Our Oppressors

Now for the Big Picture. My 2014 electoral intent is to have an impact on every one of the 468 races to be decided by the American Electorate this coming November 4^th.  Long story somewhat short! In the book CS2, besides addressing some of our Common Problems, I bluntly attacked the real bottleneck/roadblock that increasingly prevents anything from ever getting fixed legislatively in the US Congress. That being the 535 members of the Congress and the lobbyist money from the Wealthy and certain Big Industries that now blatantly controls their votes and even write their legislation (including the Insurance Industry writing “ObamaCare” to suit their corporate profits).

In reality, the 535 will never stop their growing oppression of our lives. And, of course they will never pass term-limits legislation against continuation of their own jobs. Therefore, We the People must FINALLY take deliberate, aggressive, and downright historic electoral action to remove our domestic oppressors.

In 1776 our national ancestors began their physical Revolutionary War to rid themselves of their dysfunctional national leadership, i.e., King George III and his monarchy. As a result Democracy in government was born.  Our US Constitution was created by the Founders to protect the Masses of us from the greed of the Few of us – for all time. Bluntly, now is one of those times my fellow citizens.  The short-lived Occupy Wall Street (OWS) movement was absolutely right about the 99% being oppressed by the 1%.

Therefore, in 2014 just like every two (2) years the American Electorate, representing the Common Good of all citizens, has the Right and Authority to vote up to 86% of the entire US Congress out-of-office! For the sake of everything, because “everything” is certainly on the line this year We must collectively attend to our nation’s business.  Thus, in 2014 We are declaring and conducting an Electoral War against the US Congress and those that now control the Legislative Branch of our government.

To that end, I have written extensively over the last couple years about the politically Independent Women of America stepping forward to run against all 435 members of the US House and 33 US Senators in the 2014 Congressional Election.  I challenge as many as 468 of them in 2014 to come forward, to commonly support my written Independent platform, and to stand for national election as Write-In candidates this November 4^th.  And I am informing them and all of the congressionally disgusted Women of America that only some 45 million women voters need to show up at the polls this November 4^th to make this Congressional victory a certainty. 

My recent decision to run as a Write-In candidate for Maryland’s 8^th US District is to set a real example for them and to lead by personal example.  Not asking others to do something that I was not willing to do myself. I am a man with the plan and the Independent political platform designed to serve the Common Good of our citizens before all others. 

 

Our Common Sense Voting Priorities and Objectives

November 4, 2014 without political apology is the date for the Republican Party’s day of reckoning.  And only to a slightly lesser extent for the Democratic Party, as well.  For perspective only, leading up to the November 4^th Congressional Election my campaign will provide voters with recommendations on all 468 US House and Senate races.  Further, it is important for voters to realize that they can actually begin voting some incumbents out-of-office in their state’s Primary Election(s) over the next several months.  Just deliberate action by voters will send shock waves thru the Congress and both major Parties. To be perfectly clear, here are my thoughts on overall anti-incumbent voting objectives for voters to consider this November:

• Vote out any and all incumbent Republicans in the House and Senate. They have always been the party of the Have’s, but over the last dozen years or so they have completely sold out to the serve the Wealthy and certain Big Industries (e.g., Oil, Medical, Finance, Pharmaceutical, etc.). 

This action will also remove Tea Party Republicans that represent the ultra-conservative (right) wing of the Party and are the most anti-women, anti-family, anti-worker, and anti-environment.  No great loss.

The only Republican candidate exception might be one or two term House members that may not yet be totally indoctrinated by the senior members. But, again no Tea Party please! 

• Vote out at least all Senior Democratic Party members (i.e., Nancy Pelosi, etc.) and those that have been in the Congress for “decades”.

Here too, the primary voting exception could be one or two term House members that may not yet be totally indoctrinated by the senior members. 

• It is yet to be determined in how many of the 468 races that Independent Women supporting this Electoral movement will be registered as Write-In candidates.  Should we get the word spread quickly enough to politically Independent Women it is still quite possible to see well-over 200 of them in place for the voters to choose from this November!

The Politically Independent Women of America

This is my historic challenge to the Women of America.  Especially to the politically Independent Women of America and most specifically to some 468 of those that would truthfully see themselves as viable candidates for the United States Congress! 

If there will ever be a moment in time for the leaders among you to stand-up, to stand together, to work together, and to boldly demonstrate their public leadership abilities for the Common Good – this is it! 

I am talking about 435 politically Independent Women – the viable one (1) out of some 700,000 citizens in each US District (USD) across the nation – to electorally act against the incumbent member of Congress from their USD.  Also, an additional of 33 Women to take action against the 33 incumbent US Senators that are also up for re-election on 2014.

The details of how not all, but the majority these 468 Women could practically register themselves to be voted for this November 4^th is detailed in documents presented on my campaign website, AJWildmanforCongress2014.typepad.com. 

Power in the Numbers

In Electoral Fact my fellow Americans, as late as this August there are 35 states with 252 US House seats open for Write-In Candidates to register, equaling 58% of the 435 US House seats.  And, if you add July to that grouping it becomes 40 states with a total of 326 seats or 75% of the 435 US House seats. These are the real numbers. The only ten (10) states that will be closed-out as of June 30^th are:

And Let’s Not Forget About the Senate

Further, counting from July 1^st some 27 of the 33 US Senate seats up for election 2014 are available for Write-In candidate registration.  Or 27% of the 100 seats in the US Senate.

Granted this will take aggressive, deliberate action on the part of motivated Women across our nation. However, with the power of the Internet and good old word-of-mouth networking – the various Women and Family Rights Movements across the nation will make this happen. Women will form an Independent political campaign group in all 435 USDs, register candidates where possible, promote their candidates for the US House and the Senate where applicable, promote the Independent platform that will tie all these candidates together in the voters eyes, drive voter registration, work to get people to the polls on November 4^th, and even supply them with pens to Write-In the name(s) if needed.

 

And in the End – The American Electorate

If not us, Who?  If not now, When?

Thus, this is it! My politically frustrated and congressionally disgusted fellow Americans it is time for the subset of us called the American Electorate to vote 468 of the legislative servants of the Wealthy and certain Big Industries out of our US Congress.  Period!

As stated earlier, in 2014 only some 45 million Women are technically needed to turn out on Election Day to vote our Independent candidates into the House and Senate, or to simply vote the incumbents out!   

And that does not even count the tens of millions of us men that vote the same way. And we will be there! 

That historic Electoral event can truly happen my fellow Americans. It is solely up to us to act together.

And as I have written many times. Once a true, citizen-sponsored, grassroots, Electoral Revolution such as this would become embraced by We the People – Nothing and No One will be able to stop it.

Then in 2016, We the People and this politically Independent movement will finish the electoral job on the dysfunctional incumbents in the US House and 33 more of the US Senate.

And on that same 2016 Election Day, We the People will simply elect either Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden as the next President of the United States of America. No contest…

Therefore, it is time my fellow Americans, for We the People to be about our nation’s business.

I will close this somewhat long announcement as I have closed several pieces over the last few years, with a personal challenge. That is for You my fellow American to decide to do whatever You can to support this true grassroots movement for the Common Good of our citizens.  

And do it for those you Love and otherwise care about, and for the other 310 million of your fellow American citizens – those children, women, and men that You and I will never, ever meet…
